EC LINE CHANNEL COMMUNICATIONS FORM. ETHICS SYSTEM AND COMPLIANCE SYSTEM

Welcome to the communication form of the UBE CORPORATION EUROPE Group's EC Line platform, an instrument at the service of our collaborators so that they can send us any relevant information on aspects that they consider to be or may be in conflict with our Code of Ethics and Conduct, internal regulations or current legislation. For these purposes and in accordance with the regulations, the members of the Group, its suppliers and subcontractors are considered collaborators.

EC Line should not be used to communicate issues such as minor complaints about facilities or products, staff complaints about their work situation, etc., as long as these do not involve a violation of current regulations or legislation. Such issues should be handled through the supervisory line or the Human Resources function.

Through this form, maximum confidentiality is guaranteed to the user, whose identity is known only to the instructor of the procedure and the channel managers, who are committed to protect it according to the law. It also guarantees that you will not suffer reprisals as a result of making a communication in good faith. Communications in bad faith may result in disciplinary action.

When filling in the form, the user must identify the sections and/or values of the Code of Ethics and Conduct, internal regulations or current legislation that he/she believes are at risk or may have been violated and give his/her reasons.

You must register as a user of the platform to be able to access the progress of the procedure related to your communication at any time. We recommend that you include your e-mail address so that you can recover your password in case of loss or forgetfulness.
If the national law allows it, the user may indicate when formulating the communication whether he/she wishes it to be anonymous, in which case he/she must register with a non-corporate and/or non-nominative email account. Please note that an anonymous communication may affect the investigation and/or follow-up of the reported case.
